iMiLOG designs and manufactures plastic bins and containers using a variety of high-performance plastic materials, carefully selected to meet the functional and environmental requirements of the logistics and industrial sectors.
Our containers can be produced using:
At iMiLOG, we believe that logistics innovation must go hand in hand with sustainability. That’s why our crates and containers are made using “PSV – (in italian stands for “Plastica Seconda Vita”, in english is Second Life Plastic” certified raw materials, sourced from carefully selected recycling processes.
Plastic waste from household post-consumer use is collected by municipal waste services and delivered to our certified suppliers.
At our suppliers’ facilities, plastic waste is shredded and sorted using advanced separation technologies:
- Magnetic recognition for metals
- Infrared separation for Tetra Pak and paper
Non-plastic residual waste is then sent to third-party partners.
The shredded plastic is washed and separated using density separation. A water and salt solution separates PP and PE from PS, resulting in regenerated granules ready for industrial use.
This plastic waste is thus transformed into valuable raw material, which is then transferred to the iMilani plant, where it is used to create new containers made from recycled plastic.

iMiLOG has obtained the “Plastica Seconda Vita” Certification, which verifies the production of plastic crates made with at least 80% post-consumer household recycled plastic.
This recognition confirms the company’s commitment to the circular economy, environmental sustainability, and the enhancement of recycled plastic materials.
