With the latest technical advancements, it is now possible to embed RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) tracking systems via IML.
This technology ensures:
When extracted from the press, the box undergoes a check on the applied identification system.
This process ensures the consistency of the code on the application sides, as well as the correct orientation system when required.
During this operation, a file is also generated containing the exact weight of each box correlated to its respective code. This data can be useful during the picking control phases in order preparation.
In addition to the option of applying the identification code to the box, it is also possible to apply the customer’s logo, in color and with images. It is sufficient to provide a vector file and the required dimensions, within the limits and available positions allowed by the box geometry.
The logo can be combined with the identification system on the same IML support, thus in a single application; this is possible as long as it remains compatible with the scanner reading area used in the motorized transport paths.
